After a period of time within a year, we noticed there was a leak in upstairs closet after a hard rain. The closet also had duct work going through from the fireplace downstairs. It took weeks and several calls before they would respond to fix the leak. We had to resort to asking for work to be done at the house to get them to call back. They did fix the leak. I believe it was flashing around the chiminney.
They are prompt in answering calls for work to be done. They tend to not return calls of a problem in any timely manner.
