They could be quicker. Punctuality was the problem really, back then, now they are better. I would tell a friend, don’t be in a hurry.

The car was taken in for an oil change that would cost about $30 at my usual shop.
The kind man behind the counter pointed out that there was a recall notice for the brake booster pump and that work needed to be done also. That was appreciated because I had forgotten about the recall notice.
They also pointed out that the tires needed to be rotated ( this would be free and my usual shop because they sold me the tires)
They said that they could not get all of this done in one day and this was two days before Christmas. I said that I could leave the car until the day after Christmas with no problems.
I arrived at 4:45PM on 12/26 and was surprised that my car was still up on the hoist. The kind man behind the counter apologized and asked me to wait in a lounge area. He came and told me that it would be about 15 minutes.
When my car was ready, I was a bit surprised to pay twice as much as I would have at my usual shop but the kind man behind the counter reminded me that the booster pump would have cost $1500 to replace normally.
I drove out on to Wabash and as I accelerated up to 30 mph a nasty dragging noise started. I quickly turned around and went back to the Greens where we discovered plastic panels dragging on both the front left tire and the rear right tire.
They put it up on the hoist and the Service Manager in a red shirt told me I had hit something and caused this!!
I informed him that nothing was dragging when I brought the car in and that they had obviously bumped these panels when rotating the tires. He was insistent that it was my fault and stomped away. They put some screws in to hold the panels in place and gave me my car back.

They ended up having to take the car to GMC for the repairs and gave my daughter a loaner car until hers was done.
I will definitely buy all my cars from Green from now on.
