Great Job, on time, explained everything, set remote

Tom was a great service man.  I couldn't recommend him more highly.

It was all done just fine and very timely. I thought I have to be without my computer for far longer than I was. It took them less than 48-hours and it might have been around 24 actually. It was not very much over 24, but it was over 24-hours. I took it in the morning and I think they called by the next afternoon and told me it was ready. The service was free because I had bought a plan there when I bought the computer. My computer is a Samsung. It was great. I would recommend them because of the ease of scheduling an appointment and taking it in and not having to wait very long to talk to somebody who is really nice. The speed with which they got it back to me was the overriding positive for sure. The quality of service was perfect.

I called the 800# and could get only recordings.  I called the store and they told me to call the installer.  Installer did not return call (3 attempts).  I called the Springfield store asking for help to navigate 800# and Supervisor Brad told me to "keep punching numbers" and hung up after I asked to speak to the manager.  NEVER AGAIN
