Repair was thorough, systematic and fast.

Great. Derek and his associate were very prompt and professional. The furnace was beyond repair and they gave us a quote and when we accepted they promptly tore the old one out and replaced with a new one. They cleaned up and took all the old parts away. I will definitely recommend them!!!

Great! I made the call they that a technician at my home within the hour.

Derek M. answered our call, explained pricing and came immediately. We had called another plumbing company and was told we were sent to dispatch. After 3 hours no one had been in touch with us. Derek was pleasant and professional. He solved our problem quickly. A huge relief on a weekend.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and had the unit up and running quickly and also cleaned the unit. I also asked the technician a few questions about replacing my AC Unit as well as my furnace and he patiently answered my questions. The reason I rated only fair for responsiveness was because I made the service call on Monday AM and it was Wednesday before they could get anyone out. Being that it was late June it might have been a busy week for them.

Troy from FJ Murphy came out to service our old AC unit, which we determined needed to be replaced (it was 31 years old, so this was expected). They have since replaced our AC unit with a new Lennox unit, and the whole removal of old unit and installation of new condenser and coil was really smooth. Scheduling was easy and the service was great.

Excellent service

They were very professional. The service technician was excellent, as was the helper that came and brought him a part. They were both so polite, which is rare these days. I'd highly recommend them to anybody! The young gentleman that did the work was very efficient and knowledgeable. A lot of companies don't like explaining what they're doing, but it's really nice to have someone that actually takes the time to make you informed about what's going on and why.

We had tried to DIY fix the leak in our bathtub but had lots of problems with the cartridge not budging and coming out in pieces. It soon became such a problem that we had to shut off water to the entire house. I run a daycare and not having water is a big problem. I called at 9:15 am and explained the situation. She informed me she could have someone to my house sometime between noon and 2. I explained that we had to let the water company know by 1:30pm if we wanted the water turned back on today so earlier in that window would be great. What a pleasant surprise when at 9:54 am the technician showed up! He got the cartridge out and informed us it was under warranty with the company (awesome news!). I was waiting for a large bill at the end, but it only ended up being $127! They have outstanding customer service and were very well priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This has been the best experience of my entire new home purchase.  I closed on the new house and found that vandals had broken in and stolen all the copper and the furnace.  Murphy's made life happen and fast.  They were able to get repair men out and worked with me to get things done and provide water to my family immediately.  When buying a new home all things may not go as planned but they put a plan into action that made my life so much easier.  I didn't qualify for financing but they worked with me and my family.  Medical issues caused us to move in immediately but they were out the next day and stayed till the job was done.  As a single mom buying her first home I couldn't have asked for a better blessing than their team and trusted workers.  They have truly made my life and my new home a HOME.... Thank so much FJ Murphy !!!  I truly don't know what I would have done without you.
