I tried two other companies who did not return my call. I called Eades and the guy picked up on the first ring on a Saturday and they were out first thing on Monday morning. They took the unit, repaired it, and returned it Tuesday morning. The service men were very knowledgeable and professional.

The work was completed in a very timely and professional manner. I worked the trades for 20 years and Eade's workers were very neat and thorough. The pricing was very competitive. I recommend them to anyone.

Lousy such a simple fix for the next repair tech. I paid for two visits from this contactor and got no results. Didn't even stay long enough the first time to see if it actually worked! Save your money and time.

Very professional. improved air flow from original install by creating (2) new vents. 

They come periodically to service my AC.  They'll call me, I don't have to call them.  If I have anything breaks down, they fix it and see if there's any trouble - they fix. it.

they came to our house on time about 10:00am asked all the questions about what was going on and they were able to find that the part was just a dirty ignitor. They fixed it and then showed me how to clean the part myself so that I did not have to have another service call. They were very professional and made sure that there were no other issues before leaving we will use them anytime.

My heat pump is 9 years old and was installed by Ron Lyons who did not install it properly. This has caused many recurring problems over the last 8 years and I have had several different HVAC companies look at it. All they did was put more freon in it and never fixed anything. Ron Eades and his crew were the only ones to fix it. They brought the installation up to code at the compressor and also the indoor unit. The coil was still under warranty and Ron took care of finding a dealer who would honor it. Once Ed Desch found out it was under warranty he didn't bother to call me back. Seems like he just wanted to collect for the service call. Ron answers his phone or returns calls promptly if unable to take the call immediately. He does what he says he will do. I wish I had called him 8 years ago.

I have no complaints. Some of us have even bought units from the, I find them to be exceptional. I would defiently recommend them to others.

Ron came out for the estimate and emailed details to me within 24 hours. His bid was the best of five. As others have said, it just wasn't the price he quoted though. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. His crew arrived on time, explained the process and got to work. They were done in 7-8 hours. I am very pleased with the work they did, the cleanup, and their professionalism. I highly recommend Eades.about

Ron Eades came to evaluate my rather complicated 30 year old heating/cooling system. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice - not based on trying to sell me anything but simply the facts, as well as various options.
When he and his crew came to do the work, they were professional, neat, and did an excellent job. He explained how everything worked and the best way to keep energy efficiency. The entire process took one day. I would not hire anyone else.

The job was the most painless remodel/repair I have ever had. I won't use anyone else.
