I couldn't be more pleased with Jake and the job he did for me. I had him installed a new kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head. Small jobs, but had to be done. He was very polite and professional. I knew when he put covers over his shoes before he did anything, that he was going to do a neat job. After he left, it looked like he had never been here. Repaired my hot water heater. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the situation, all while explaining everything in terms my wife and I could understand. He was happy to answer all of our questions. Was very responsive to my call and arrived to our home in a timely manner. He was very reliable and trustworthy. Jacob replaced kitchen sink faucet, bathroom sink faucet and hot water heater that had seen better days. Works fast. Works clean. Ethical and professional. Now I did get a 'kind' piece of advise when he went under the house to replace some pipe that provides water to my outdoor faucet. Don't forget to REMOVE the hose in winter! He didn't even complain about the cobwebs!
