This is first class service. They are exactly where they say they'll be, exactly when they say they'll be there. All the work is top quality and they come back to do adjustments for free and with a simple phone call. (The heavy glass shower door occasionally needs adjustment because of the swelling and contracting of the house in the seasons. They take care of it every time.) This was an expensive remodel, but I think the price was fair considering the service.

Upon completion of demo, lead carpenter discovered bathtub had drain on the wrong side. Installation of tub was next step, so another tub was ordered and arrival expected in 3 days. Meanwhile carpenter installed floor except around perimeter of tub. Carpenter did not return next day (Friday) and did not hear from anyone, so when no one showed up Monday am, called lead carpenter, went straight to voicemail. Called Curt, went straight to voicemail. Received a call about a half hour later from project manager, who apologized but said tub was still in limbo. He ultimately solved the problem the following day by locating one in East Moline, IL and driving there himself to pick it up. At that point received a call from Curt apologizing for the situation and offering to make it up to us with a gift card to a restaurant or cleaning service. The rest of the process went smoothly, carpentry, plumbing, finishes are all excellent. Final install was curtain rod and carpenter suggested we wait for one that didn't require drilling into the marble panel surround, so we asked him to order a different one and it was installed the following week. We are very pleased with the result.

They have done a number of things over the last several years. They installed new windows. They took a wall and put in new dry wall. They put in all new doors in the house. The price was fairly high but the work was good. They do good work and if there are any issues they follow up immediately. We had a few issues with the windows and they responded immediately. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

Worked within our budget, showed us good places to splurge or save where it made the most difference. Subcontractors did quality work as well as staff carpenter. Whole kitchen took about 3 weeks, only without sink for a few days, so we could manage the family life around the project ok. Allowed me to save some money by removing all the existing cabinets myself so i could add in things like a corner lazy suzan lower cabinet.
