They had the laptop for about 2 days and fixed the laptop problem. They had my desktop for about a week, but there was a problem finding the right fan..Not their fault, just an unusual part. They do a great job and we have even signed up for their preventative service which is a great service!

The service was done in a reasonable timeframe and a reasonable cost. My problem with them was they never called me to let me know the work was done and was ready to pick up. I had to call once and leave a message which my call was returned, but then I asked them to do something else and they never called to let me know it was ready. I also called this past Monday to have them check on a part and here it is Thursday and still no call to tell me what Cliff found out. I finally went somewhere else and got the part I inquired about.

I brought the computer in around 1:00 PM, fully expecting the repair to take a few days. I explained to them this was my work computer and that I couldn't make any money if I didn't have it. They found a keyboard instock that had a different finish on it, but it would work. The cost would be $165.00. They also gave me an option of special ordering the matching finish and the cost would be $125, but that would take a couple days. The bottom line is, they put my computer on top of other work orders they had. I had my lap top back at 4:00. These guys were great!
