They didn't style or dry, but offered to let me do it myself! Couldn't see the highlights at all. Didn't take enough off. Very slow!!!

Jamie McCoy and Manager Keith accessed my hair condition and made a plan of action. Jamie did a great job but I will return to her ofter because of the botched job done at Ulta. My hair may never look the same and if it does it will take at least a year. Thank you Jamie!
