+ 0 moreOur agreement with this pet sitter was that she spend the night with our pets while we were gone. A friend was asked to come over from time to time to water flowers an mow the grass. She reported that when she came several times at 5:30 AM, the provider was not here, that the floors had urine and feces on them. Also when she checked at other times, the dogs were indoors and the provider was not there.
Description of Work: We were gone for 12 days. The provider did not fulfill our agreement to spend the night with our pets.

Description of Work: Was suppose to be checking on my 2 cats daily, when I returned home from a trip I found out they were not checked on or feed daily. You prepaid for the days of service and the money was not returned.

+ -1 moreI hired this young lady to do some house cleaning and watch my cat and dog while I was away. I was so impressed that each day I was sent numerous pictures of my pets and I could get online to see pictures and videos too. I came home to my pets taken very good care of and my house was amazing. I have been recommending her to all my friends and family but I think that anyone should use this service I hate kennels and this is just an added perk! I also had my pets nails done too! I think its amazing while im away or anytime I can have so many things done with just hiring one person!!!
