Dr Rina Ward is a wonderful , compassionate, understanding and excellent  Dr . She listens and is wonderful with my dog. He is always terrified when he goes to the Vet and she is so sweet and patient with him and talks to him through all the procedures. I only switched offices because the office I go to now has more advanced procedures for arthritis instead of just medicine.   I would definitely recommend Dr Ward to anyone that needs a Vet because of her gentle and compassionate ways and she has a great bedside manner with the dogs and humans. She is always prompt with calling me with test results and will even call way after hours to update me on things. She doesn't make me feel like a crazy dog mom either with some of my opinions or questions. She never talks down to me and treats me with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.  As far as price all Vets are expensive and prices run the same as other offices in town. I checked! The office staff is great and always greet my dog like a good friend coming back. They are very helpful and get you in quickly.

Dr. Rina Ward is fantastic. The front desk personnel are very nice and helpful. Always prompt.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice. They took care of us quickly and had us in a room within 5 minutes. Lucky was weighed and we waited in the room no more than a few minutes when Dr Ward arrived. She, as always, was very professional, very kind and caring towards our cat Lucky. After the exam, she gave him his rabies shot and then took him in the back and shaved his back and sides. He is a long haired cat and his fur was very matted, so he had to be shaved. Dr. Ward brought him back and talked with us for a few minutes. The young lady at the front desk checked us out very quickly. All in all it was a very good experience.

An office tech took "Dorothy" to weigh her. Dr. Kirk examined her and listened to my story of her problem ("scooting" her rear end on the carpet). He took her off to explore and inject her anal glands and prepared penicillin pills for me to pick up at the desk.

They are caring. They know the right kinds of tests and they are very professional.
