It went great. They were very patient with my dog since it was her first time and she did not seen scared when I picked her up. I will use them again.

Everything was great! I paid $70 for two dogs. I was very pleased with the grooming. I think they were concerned with the well-being of my pets. She asked me if I could bring my pet back in about two weeks (without charge) because she thought my pet was getting really uncomfortable with the hair being taken out of its ears. The facility is very clean and it's a nice place. They have two experienced ladies. I would use them again; as a matter of fact, I think we have an appointment for next week. I would recommend them.

I had my Golden groomed at Bow Wow today. I was very impressed with the new location. My Chloe looked great and smelled so good. Will recommend to everyone I know. Overall great experience for myself and my pet.

I take my Shih Tzu there every month and Brenda (owner) does an excellent job. I can't recommend her enough. She really knows what she is doing.

First I want to say the building was a little run down but clean. I have used groomers in the past and not happy my dog always acted scared when I picked her up. All I need to say is my baby looked great and smelled good. The only issue I had at pick up time was she wanted to stay with Brenda. I will not be going any place else.

Even though my dog used to be afraid to go to the groomer, because of Brenda's care for her customers, my dog now looks forward to going to see her friend. If there is anything special I need done, I tell Brenda and she takes care of it. I am SO glad I found her and so is my dog! I have referred several of my friends to Bow Wow Barber Shop and they have all been more than satisfied with the job Brenda does.

I can now leave my dog with no concerns at all thanks to the skillful way in which Brenda handles my dog and her fears. I actually think my dog enjoys going to see Brenda each month now.

I take my Shih Tzu to Bow Wow Barber Shop every month for bathing and trimming. Brenda does an excellent job and goes above and beyond what she is being paid to do. My dog didn't like getting this done and was very resistant to the whole thing. Brenda played with her and calmed her down to the point where I ask the dog if she wants to go see Brenda and she runs to get in the car. Brenda also puts either a bow on the dogs head when she is done or a kerchief around the dogs neck. My Shih Tzu knows she looks good when she is done because she prances around the neighborhood like she is royalty. Thanks Brenda for making what could have been a difficult situation something my dog looks forward to because of you.
