Mike did the vinyl work in 2 baths including removing/replacing toilets, prepping subfloor, applying thinset, and installing vinyl. Very focused on getting the promised work done in one day and very receptive and helpful when I asked about some details such as products used. Quality 100%, cleanup 98%. I decided to have a vinyl landing installed in the family room and he worked that in as well for a small fee. Both brothers and a friend came for the carpet installation. Quality 98%, cleanup 95%. Returned quickly when I called about a closet folding door not replaced correctly, and fixed it. I can't even see where the Congoleum repair was made, it's that good. They seemed interested in doing a good job. They like to have the radio on, but it seems to help them work faster, so I didn't mind (smile).
