Perfect!

It went wonderfully, though we hadn't realized Annie is now located on North Peoria Road; not on North Grand. Apparently Angie's List charges to have addresses updated. Once we got to the right address, Annie accepted our dogs and asked us to come back in three hours. When we returned our dogs were transformed. She did a wonderful job. Also, the dogs were relaxed, both when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. Apparently Annie's shop does not frighten them. We are very happy with Annie's work and made an appointment for two more dogs next week.

Because of my conversation, there is not a need to use this groomer. If I had a dog of a different breed in need of grooming, I would call again to discuss options.

I rescued a Siberian Husky six months ago, wanted to get her professionally groomed, but was concerned because of her excitability that she may not do well in a high traffic area where dogs were coming and going and being groomed at the same time as she was.
Anne is by appointment only and blocked off a two hour slot at the end of a day so that she could take her time with my dog without any distractions. The results were great, the price was right, and Anne was both patient and gentle which seemed to put my dog at ease.
I would definitely recommend Anne to dog owners that are in a similar situation to mine. I'll be going back and I think my dog will enjoy visiting there again as well.

Anne is prompt and courteous and friendly. She does the trim the way I ask and certainly seems to genuinely like dogs. Can't ask for a better groomer

Smooth from start to finish

Our dogs absolutely love going to the groomers now!! She is very friendly and punctual. She took the tie to clip our new puppy's nails when we walked in so that she could get right to work on our older girl.
