One of the best inspections I have of a home. Went over all points on the inspection This inspection team worked on the current regulations that the state uses for home inspections. Well documented and timely. They are professional and meet the criteria for a home inspection. Not all flaws are expected to been seen or found by a home inspector, it is really another set of eyes to review your home before the purchase and inspect that codes are meet in most cases. We also had a termite inspection lined up with this company by a third party inspector. All in all a good value for the work accomplished. A separate fee was charged for the termite inspection.

Dana was very thorough and took the time to talk to us once the inspection was over. He walked us through all of the items he'd found. The report was very detailed and allowed us to itemize our concerns to the seller and get some important repairs done. It gave us a great deal of peace of mind to know what we were getting in to with our first home purchase!

He was very thorough and professional. We received a binder with all his findings and suggestions on safety issues and problems with the home that he went over with us, along with a CD ROM of everything and a homeowner's guide. The only issue that we had was the age of the water heater that was given was actually much older than the water heater actually is, but that was minor! We did end up purchasing the home and the inspection did help us negotiate a price with the seller we were comfortable with. Thanks AmeriSpec!
