Aire Serv Extreme HVAC System Makeover Aire Serv: A team of people who are individually dedicated to the same purpose and goals! A team that works together and provides the best service possible! On July 21, 2022 Aire Serv installed a completely new HVAC system for my manufactured home. By choosing this option, Jeremy, a Home Comfort Designer came to my home and assessed the home to make sure the right system was proposed to maintain the home! The existing HVAC system had been improperly installed and for 12 years I have struggled with this cooling system. It has been a burden trying to get it to work properly. I even use three other reputable HVAC companies and they couldn’t repair it properly. Nor tell me what was wrong. I call them HVAC Vampires! Professing their knowledge, but coming up short in delivery! The house would always fail when it got real hot! Aire Serv took the burden away that I had been carrying for 12 years! Wow . . . What A Relief . . . What A Blessing!!! The Aire Serv Team Assigned to my home: Sara - Customer Service Representative. Jeremy - Home Comfort Designer. Amanda - Dispatcher. Jake - Installation Specialist. Rodney - Installation Specialist. Gabe - Installation Specialist Trainee. JC - Service and Maintenance Specialist. I am so thankful I went this direction! Otherwise, I was going to be working with a Frankenstein unit! In the 18 years I have lived in my home . . . It has NEVER felt this comfortable in the summer! This system is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and it has by far exceeded my hopes and expectations! The house not only cool but dehumidifies! All I can say is that if you have a system that you’re not happy with and you need something done and done right . . . Aire Serv is the company to call! They will service your equipment and they can also install new equipment! I am so thankful that I have found a company that not only installed a completely successful HVAC system for my home but a company that will maintain this system throughout its life and beyond! Bad. Technician said my system was leaking. Wanted to charge over 600. 00 to find leak and almost 300.00 to recharge system 1-3 pounds. Called Bob Bergen he found out 1 of the caps on the outside unit was missing a gasket. That was causing the leak. Took him all of 20 minutes. I

"Hello, My name is Chris Williams, the owner, I would like to start with saying that I am disappointed that you are not 100% satisfied with our service. I would be more than happy to speak with you about it at anytime that is convenient for you. I would like to speak on how we like to address a unit with leaks. When a system develops a leak we firstly want to make sure that there is in fact only one leak. If the leak is found to be in the valve stem we want to address the leak itself and not just put a cap on it. A good example would be with a car tire leaking. If I took in a tire for repair I would want them to check the entire tire, and not just stop at the first leak found. If the leak was found in the valve stem I would want the stem repaired and not just a new cap placed on the stem. By using this approach we can be assured that you will not have any further issues from this troublesome area, and we then can give you a 1 year parts and labor warranty on this repair that includes our 24 hour service / 7 days a week. They came out, took pictures, wrote things down and said we’ll get right back to you. They took up my time and kept me waiting and then never even responded with a quote. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. I will not consider using them in the future.

I was very pleased with the service they provided.  From the person who answered the phone to the sales person to the installers, all were very professional and friendly.  I went with this company because everyone was so friendly.  Customer service is important to me and they all treated me very well.  This lets me know if I have a problem with the product in the future, they will take care of me.
All employees of the company wore shoe covers which was appreciated.  The installers did a great job cleaning up after themselves.  I was told they want to leave the area cleaner than when they began the job.  They did this for sure.  Matt (pipe fitter) stayed until 7pm to finish my job so I would not be left without a running furnace.  He apologized for being at my house so late but I appreciated him staying late to finish the job.  
Since getting the new system installed, my house is warmer and the furnace runs much quieter than my old one.  I am very pleased with the final product.  And especially the service I received from the staff.

The whole experience really began late night of February 23, when our furnace stopped working, Air Serv took our call and Scott, one of their service men called back in a just a few minutes. After some consultation, we made the decision to have him come first thing on Sunday morning, He arrived around 8:15 and spent several hours working with our furnace, eventually involving Chris in the process. They were honest that given the age of the furnace, it's future was problematic. Eight days later it went out again, AireServ came back and tried very hard to revive the furnace, but given the problems, the only decision was to replace it. Their sales representative, Kurt, stopped by that afternoon, he made us aware of the range of furnaces we could choose from, the pros and cons of each and once the decision was made, he was able to insure that what we wanted was in stock and could be installed the next day.
Drew and Ernie were at our door by 9 AM the following morning and at around 12:30, our new furnace was installed and working; by 1:15 the guys from Aire Serv had cleaned up their work area and were gone, leaving the area around the furnace as clean, if not cleaner than it was before they arrived.
It is now one week later and the new furnace is quieter, more efficient and working without a hitch.
I was impressed with every aspect of Aire Serv and it's people; their prices were reasonable and competitive, ever individual was knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was in a situation where I needed replace my heating and cooling system with a more efficient and reliable system.  AireServ suggested that I replace my A/C and furnace with a heat pump and air handler with electric heat strips to reduce my utility bills, especially in the winter.
While there were some initial problems after the installation that required a few additional service calls, most of the issues were eventually found to be because of the thermostat that was provided by my home security company. Once that was figured out and a new and more capable thermostat was installed, the system has been working perfectly and I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the installation.
I was also pleased when they informed me about a $250 manufacturer rebate that I was not aware of as well as the exceptional warranty/guarantees and financing that they made available to me.
Since I have used AireServ for about five years now, I can say with confidence that they are an HVAC contractor that you can trust to do the job right for a fair price and can be counted on to respond very quickly, 24 X 7.

I had been experiencing a problem with my home air conditioner for two weeks and was trying to get it resolved through my home warranty provider and one of their contractors. The contractor was never on time (several to more hours late) for appointments and never really seemed to have a handle on how to properly troubleshoot and fix the problem.  FINALLY, the home warranty company authorized me to get my own contractor and without a second thought, I called Aire Serv since they perform the semi-annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C. First of all, this was a Sunday and to my surprise, a real person answered the phone by the third ring and quickly got a page out to a technician. If it weren't for another tough job that he was working, Scott would have been dispatched to my house immediately, but in any case, he was out at my house by the evening, thoroughly analyzed and tested the system, and had me up and running with colder air within an hour. This service was paid by my home warranty, but you should know that Aire Serv only charges a $30 trip charge for after hours service, so you need not worry about  high overtime charges.I have and will continue to recommend Aire Serv to people that are in search of a reputable, honest, and professional HVAC company

Everything went as expected and more.  Price was competitive, salesman did not try to sell me more than I needed, work was done very professionaly, technician was very knowledgeable and explained all of the new systems to me in detail.  Results so far have exceeded my expectations.
