The kitchen looks great, due mainly to Ron's skills. He is careful and skillful. He is also tidy, cleaning up as he goes. I highly recommend him.

Vikiing (owner Ron Marander) was recommended to us by Seigle's Cabinets who uses Viking as their and quot;go toand quot; contractor for cabinetry purchased through Seigle's.

Stacy Carsello - the Sales and Design Consultant for Seigle's at the Mundelein location works very closely with Ron on both projects in her showroom, and work with store customers. This turned out to be a real asset particularly in making sure all things were coordinated and went smoothly and when problems did arise (e.g. cabinet defects), they were resolved swiftly and to our satisfaction.

In a nutshell, Ron is a true professional but maintains an easy-going demeanor making him a pleasure to work with and trust. We checked four of his references ahead of time and all were glowing. He maintains cleanliness throughout his work and has the customer's needs in mind. He is detail-oriented and on-time with his commitments. He served as the QB - along with Stacy of Seigle's - to make sure all work was coordinated with the company that was also installing new granite and sinks as well as the cabinet maker (and when new product was needed to replace defective product that arrived).

We couldn't be more pleased with the end result and despite paying a bit more than planned - got the quality and satisfaction we were hoping for. Home remodeling projects always involve some problems. How they are resolved is what proves the value and worth of service and product providers. In most cases, you get what you pay for.
