After his initial review, he found us a faster, lower cost internet service and worked with the new internet provider to install the new service and a new firewall with relatively no downtime. He also fixed some of the computer issues at the same time. He was good at explaining things without being too technical and he provided us with documentation for some of the important settings. A few weeks later, we had a new employee start and he helped us configure and purchase a computer and printer from CDW. He set the computer up for our network, loaded various software and our new employee was up and running well. We are also going to have him help us get set up with new email addresses and he is going to help us improve our backup procedures. He has been working with computers for a long time and does alot of work for smaller companies that don't have full time computer people. He doesn't advertise and gets all of his business from word of mouth. We were fortunate to get his name from another vendor that works with us.
