Unbelievable!!!!! They charged us $1,125 to change a gas valve on a hot water heater. The tech, Chris, did a great job but this company did a horrible job with customer relations. I called Saturday as as I was in an airport and unable to go myself when my tenant called saying they had no Hot water. Apex went out charged me $225 to re-light the pilot and told me the gas valve was bad. They quoted me $950.00 to replace the valve. That in and of itself is ridiculously expensive but I agreed thinking they would incorporate some if not all of the $225 from the previous visit. When Chris contacted me to tell me he was done and everything was working he wanted to collect $950 for payment. I objected and asked if there was not some sort of consideration on the fee given the $225 I paid over the weekend. He referred me to the office for further assistance. I called and spoke with the office staff and they went to management. When they returned they said management agreed to give me a $50.00 web site coupon bringing my total down to $900. That means I. in effect, paid $1,125 for a gas valve replacement! Unbelievable and completely un-necessary. Buyer beware on this one. Ask all of your questions upfront. As it turn our the solution did not fix the problem we had to bring in another plumbing company that cost 480.00 to replace the burner plate which ultimately correct the problem!

Very polite and hardworking but never came back to finish. I called, left messages by phone and text, and also email, and never got a response. I am really disappointed and feel like I was left high and dry.

Tim did a wonderful job. Very polite and courteous. Quality work. Cleaned up after himself. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone.

Great guys, and VERY knowledgeable. I had a new thankless water heater installed, as well as new sump pump, and new garden hose bib added. Steve answered every question I had, and was very professional. He even saved me from ripping out tile and unnecessary repairs! I had a leaking built in tub, with no access panel, and all it needed was some calk and an aerator.

They did a great job at my house, stayed long hours and finished the job on one day

I should have waited for the written estimate. Then maybe I would not have paid about triple what I should have.

Tim Shrive gave me a quote over the phone and we arranged the water heater replacement for the next day. All work was done very professionally. The plumber (Steve Schneider) arrived on time, the water heater arrived shortly afterward, the installation was done in a few hours, Steve explained everything he was doing, everything was cleaned up after completion, and the old heater was removed. The final price was what Tim quoted. I am happy to have contacted Tim at Apex.

Excellent and quick work. Met all project timelines and completed the work and cleanup on time. Very pleased and would hire again.

Tim Shive called me less than 1 min after I went on Home Advisor. He then came to look at the job 30 Min after that. He then came out the next morning 9 AM, on time and finished the job the same day. Just like he said he would at the price he quoted me. I had to have some old PVC & Copper pipes replaced and also new connections for under the sink that were all galvanized and leaking. Very professional and very nice as well. I will be using Tim again in about a month or so to do another job. Also put a tarp under his truck so it wouldn't leak oil on my driveway. How thoughtful is that :)

Courteous, explained what they were doing as work progressed, explained operation of the new appliance. Left work area spotless. Highly recommend these guys.

What started out to be a simple job, ended up be more then we thought. NEW LOOK HOMEE IMPROVEMENTS WAS AWESOME!!! They fixed my pipes under my kitchen sink, added a new disposal,new faucet. I would call them again if I have any more issues. Every thing was cleaned up before they left, and done with the quoted price.Thrilled that I went with them !!

Needed a new toilet and New Look Home called, got the information, purchased the toilet that I had wanted, installed and completed within a few hours.
