+ -1 moreAmerican Floor covering is totally unprofessional and unreliable. We were forced to work with them as the third party installers when we ordered carpet through Century Tile. They don't answer the phone and it takes days for them to call back. It took them nearly two weeks to call me to set up installation AFTER the carpet had already been delivered. Then, on installation day, they didn't show up because they claimed the carpet was defective. Two weeks later, with supposedly new carpet, they again didn't show up for installation with the excuse that a worker was in a car accident the week before. Whatever you do, do not use American Flooring in Johnsburg.
Description of Work: American Floor Covering was contracted as a third party installer for the carpet we purchased through Century Tile.
