The owner was canvassing the neighborhood, I had seen their card before.. The gentlemen said the price to clean the material from the catch basin would be $60, with a 90 day warranty. I saw they were licensed and bonded, and it had been a while since I had this done
They began the work, keeping me informed about the process and results all the way, and then I realized it had been 8 years since i had the line power-rodded and at that time it had been obstructed with tree roots.
They had the equipment available, the owner doing the work said that if I decided to have the rodding done, the original $60 cleaning cost would be absorbed into the $285.
The process took 20 minutes, and I was informed if I wish to have the sewer maintained each year, the cleaning
price would be halved.
They were polite and professional and did a clean-up.
