They're very intelligent, efficient, and knowledgeable. I questioned them everything about my unit before I even let them touch it and they knew what they were talking about. Then I allowed them to work on it and they actually fixed it without any problem. Their price was a little high, but they did solve the problem and the whole system didn't have to be replaced. They're just a little bit higher, but they are well worth it.
