+ -1 moreWonderful job done! Arrived at the time promised and quickly got to work. Very nice guy. Very professional and knowledgeable. The job was done in no time! He had me come out to check the work that was done and I was very happy with it! No problems, no mess. I paid by check but they also accept cash (exact amount) and credit cards. I will definitely use this company again and will also suggest to other people that this is the place to call!

Description of Work: I made an appointment and they were a no show! I called the company they apologized and said it was a problem with the computer. They offered me a $50.00 gift card from corporate (corporate called on separate occasion concerning incident) for my troubles! I thought that was great but I never received it! I called corporate back and they said they had no record of it! They wasted my Saturday and time! I will never use this company!

+ -1 moreI don't remember the date but it was on a Sunday. This was the only windshield repair I could find open. I was the first customer and after a quick inspection the Tech told me the windshield should be replaced. he had another customer to take care of then he would get back with me. I explained how I tried to reglue the mirror and then later after thinking I was successful I tried to adjust it and the base popped off the windshield with several layers of the safety glass attached. I should mention this was my wife's' car (cause for panic) . The tech told me he might be able to help me out but no guarantees. He mixed up some magic solution and reattached the mirror, adjusting it for what we thought my shorter wife would find comfortable. He warned me not to adjust it for 24 hours and wished me good luck. He refused to take any money and sent me on my way. It held with no problems for over a year when I finally traded it in still attached. sorry I don't remember his name nor the date.

+ 0 moreI made an appointment on the internet for the windshield to be replaced at the shop. My car was worked on at the appointed time and completed within the estimated time of 90 to 120 minutes. The staff was very polite. The new windshield looks perfect. I appreciated that they vacuumed the car and transferred the stickers and IPASS from my old windshield to the new one.
Description of Work: Replaced a cracked windshield on Honda Element.
