Milton and Gerry came out to assess the job within 2 days of my request. 



They were very thoughtful in helping me figure out the best way to add electricity and the lighting and outlets I wanted.

They did not hurry me and you would have thought they were doing this for themselves or for a family member.

Once we agreed upon a price, Milton had a contract and I gave a deposit of 1/2 the total.



Gerry did the work in a day and a half.  He had to dig a trench from the garage to the shed for the electrical wires, which was about 8 feet, which doesn't seem long, but there were old tree roots that he had to remove, and that slowed him down.  I had just put some new sod down where he had to dig, and he so carefully moved the sold and put it back that you would never know there was a trench dug!



He added wiring from inside the garage through the wall, down to the trench and then to the shed.

Gerry added the electrical box to the shed.  Then, inside the shed, he put the piping in unobtrusive locations to add a light, switch and two different outlets. His work is meticulous. Everything was spotless.



Gerry did everything while I was a work, and I thank him that I did not have to take time off to have this done.



I will definitely call upon MJM to work with me on future projects!

MJM Construction and Design was GREAT!! They came and gave me a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. Not only that but Milton went out of his way to go to the village and get all the information he could on what they required to make sure the house passed the inspection before even starting to work or even before we signed a contract. They were very professional, punctual and clean. Milton always made sure to update me on what was being done before they left for the day. After finishing all the work he made the appointment for the final inspection with the village and made sure he was here when they arrived in case there were any questions. Overall I loved having Milton as my contractor and would definately call him again in case something else came up and recommend him to my friends and family.

MJM does very good work, they are prompt, and they clean up after themselves. I have never had any complaints with them.
