He went over everything that I wanted and I decided not to get the flooring done by him because I think it was too much for me right now. Actually it was a good deal but I just said no, I'm not going to do that. He's going to do my painting job and he gave me a quote, everything was lined up, itemized and actually it's the way he gave me the quote. The reason I've been holding off is because I need the other job done with my condo that was associated with my condo that they're going to pay for stuff and from then I'll get the job done next week, that's why I had postponed it. Everything was itemized and he tells you what they are going to do like replace base molding, remove and reinstall closet doors and things like that. He has everything itemized like for the living room, how much it's going to cost, the bedroom, how much for the paint and what he's going to do. For the kitchen, it's a skin-coat walls and ceiling ready for paint, prime, paint, seal walls and sealing and then you can see the total amount for the kitchen and he does that for the hallway and for each room, he tells you what it's going to be. They are coming next Monday to do that job so it's going to be all the interior painting in my condo except for one bedroom. UPDATE: I changed my mind about the job he was going to do regarding the interior painting because he was not professional, and he expected me to call him to make the appointment, and he wouldn't return my phone calls. I told him I needed a definite time for him to come out and he said I should have told him that earlier. He was late to several appointments and wouldn't notify me when he was going to be late.
