I have already asked them for an estimate on a painting job in my home.

Very professional.  Explained work to be done and written estimate, was very detailed.  They were friendly, but kept at the job.  The clean up was great.

From the start Phil & Jennifer were honest in their discussion of saving the failed areas.  It was refreshing to hear it upfront as opposed to halfway into the job when you have no choice but to continue.  They arrived a couple minutes early and were into the job within 20 minutes.  About 3 hours into the install I got the call with the suggestion to replace the failed areas and I was in total agreement.  It made sense, instead of "band-aiding" the older work, to just replace it all.  As a secondary benefit, if any problems came up in the near future it was all work done by Curtis. Final installation looks great...there was great attention to detail.  From seams, to vertical alignments as you approach corners, to electrical plate coverings, everything was meticulous.  Clean up was perfect and they left the extra paper (future damage, etc) for us to keep.

Curtis came when they said they would and on time.  They did a fabulous job.  He recommended that I removed the wallpaper but I asked if we could just wallpaper over.  He placed a primer on top and said as long as we did not see any bubbling then we could.  He came back on a Tuesday, applied another coat on top and repapered over.

It went extremely well. They were going to complete the whole job in one day, but ran into a problem because I ended up needing one additional roll for my bedroom. They worked it out with the supplier and we were able to finish up once the roll came in. They didn't charge anything additional for having to come out twice. The install itself couldn't be better. I bought some relatively complex, big-patterned paper, and it looks great -- better than I even hoped it would! I was also happy to see that they really cared what I thought, and that they seemed excited about how it looked as well. Always nice to work with people who take pride in their work.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY THROUGH THE INTERIOR DESIGN ASSOCIATION AND THEY REFERRED ME TO THE NATIONAL GUILD OF PAPER HANGERS. I OBTAINED THREE ESTIMATES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES. I FOUND PHIL & JENNIFER'S ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION OF THE WORK NEEDING DONE TO BE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. THEIR QUOTE WAS $200 HIGHER THAN THE OTHER TWO QUOTES I RECEIVED FROM PAINTERS WHO ALSO HANG PAPER, BUT I FELT THEY WOULD DO A BETTER JOB AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!
