"Arriving in the evening; we were not able to track down the parts for the 20+ year old toilet. The emergency shutoff for the toilet was not working. Our crew shut down the well system and replaced the emergency shutt-off and the supply line. We then proceeded to install a new Kohler Cimmaron toilet on the second floor. Unfortunately the toilet had defective parts right out of the box. We gladly fixed the problem at no extra charge ( two year parts and labor warranty). It is unfortunate when someone feels they did not get there money's woth?"
"Thank you for commenting on this job. We replaced an orangburg sewer from under the foundation out to the edge of the road underneath a live 8" water main. We avoided having to break out the foundation or the slab inside the home, and replacing the water service. It was cold and wet; but everything went as planned.
