"The client contacted us saying that certain things were not clean and Had blamed us for damaging a plant, which we did not do. I offered to replace the lily for customer satisfaction, but the client said she was emotionally attached to the plant, as it was a gift. We strive to give each and every customer a wonderful experience with us & to help them fall in love with their home again. The home had not had a professional service prior to our arrival. We didn't damage any of her wood. The finish had worn off of the wood (after over 40 years without maintenance of those types of things can do that) & we removed a build-up of compounded dirt from the round top banister (where everyone puts there hands at the top of the stairs). It was cleaned with Murphy's oil soap. We don't use harsh chemicals on wood. Any one of our clients will tell you that if we ever break something or make a mistake we let them know immediately. We are not ignorant people by any means. Our families help us to put food on the table! The clients son was ecstatic by our measures of cleaning and mentioned that the house hadn't ever been cleaner...it took 3.5 hours to clean the master bathroom top to bottom itself and a little over 2 for a hall bathroom with a sink, toilet & tub/shower combo. The client was aware of charges prior to her scheduling a deep cleaning package & we touched everything from ceiling to floor. There are just some people that you can't please."
