+ -1 moreDuring furnace check Matt found we needed a new starter for blower motor. He ordered it and replaced it a few days later. This way he replaced it before we would wake up one cold morning without heat. Matt is a great technician. Very thorough. We have been a customer of Phillips since we moved to Saint Charles eight years ago. We always have been satisfied. Beth in customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them!
