Rob (the owner) performed duct cleaning. It is clear that Rob knows his business and has the right equipment. He was careful to protect our house from the hoses that he ran. He was thorough. We are very happy with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Rob came and cleaned our ducts today. All I can say is wow! He was a super friendly, respectful and took great pains to be careful in our home. A true professional, he worked hard and did a very, very thorough job. He didn't charge us for something we though we needed when he found it wasn't necessary. He walked us through all he did and gave us tips for the future on how to prevent the dust buildup. When many of these services are just scams it is so nice to know that there are companies out there that know what they are doing and do it right!

I was happy with the service. The only that made me mad was that when they took out the filter and all the messy stuff from the vents, I don't know why they threw them under the bush by my front porch. Other than that I was perfectly happy. I was watching the guy; he took his time and was real careful checking upstairs until I went out the front door later on that day and I looked and there was my old filter.

Contractor arrived on time and did a great job.  He was courteous and efficient.  Informed us we needed a new filter and installed it.  Will call him back as necessary.

This is a older home we just moved into and started with the basic cleaning but due to dirt upgraded to deep cleaning including the coil.

We are going to be getting a new furnace installed and decided to have the ducts cleaned beforehand. One of the HVAC contractors we talked to suggested NDCI as a service company he had heard good things about. After looking around at some reviews and reading how they follow the National Duct Cleaning Association standards, we decided to give them a call.
When I called for a quote, the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant to talk to and answered the few questions I had. The price they quoted me was based on a springtime special. Unlike other places that charge per duct, return and trunk line, NDCI asked how many furnace units we had and based the price on that.
On the day of the service call, Rob showed up about 15 minutes early. He came in and gave us a quick detailed rundown on everything he was going to do. He promptly got to work getting his equipment set up and began the three hour task. He used a large vacuum unit our in the front yard and ran a large hose through a window well and connected it to a hole he made in the trunk lines. He then went around the house sealing off the vents and returns with tape. He went from vent to vent, unsealing the vent, used some special tools to loosen any dust in the vent allowing it to be sucked down to the basement where the vacuum was, and then sealing the vent back up and moved on to the next one. Finally, he cleaned out the trunk lines. When he was done with the ventilation, he cleaned out the dryer vent.
During the visit, Rob was very professional, friendly and polite. He worked very hard but kept a quick pace. We were very impressed with him and would highly recommend the company.
