La-Z-Boy Furniture

It did not go well. We waited four months to have repairs done on a $4200 leather couch. We had it a few days before we noticed that the leather was rubbing off and discovered a nick from delivery. The rep was sent by a third party contractor admittedly representing Lazy Boy, not the consumer. While the person acknowledged the issues to me verbally, we got no response from Lazy Boy. I finally got through to a rep who told me that the case was closed because "customer damaged" product. Though I disputed that - we have no children or pets - and it was escalated, no one ever got back to me.

I’m happy with the furniture but I also used the interior decorator.  She came out to my house because it’s an oddly shaped room.  I told her which pieces I wanted to keep in the room.  When I went in a week later, everything I wanted to keep was out of the picture and everything she wanted was crap.  I had to go around and pick out furniture myself.  It felt like she was trying to place everything they had on clearance in my house.  Even how she placed it in my room was odd and I had to rearrange it. The furniture looked nice in the store but I'm not sure about the quality once I got it into my house.  I would use La-Z-Boy again but I would not use their interior decorator.
