Josh was very professional and explained how the new thermostat worked. He made sure to test both the air conditioning and heat settings.
I will be scheduling a complete duct cleaning in the next couple weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others. They will be my go to heating and air conditioning provider.

arrive at my house to look over some duct work I wanted to complete. I
was also interested in Aerosole to be sprayed into the ductwork. Jason
was punctual. He studied the ductwork and drew a sketch. I explained
I wanted two additional vents added to the first floor. I had a humidifier I wanted
attached to the furnace. I wanted the remaining ductwork in the basement
to be closed. I wanted the ducts to be cleaned. I wanted his company to
provide Aerosole to be sprayed in to the ductwork. I asked for a quote. He gave me an approximate verbal dollar
amount for duct cleaning and Aerosole. He explained he was going out of
town the following week. He would send a
quote to me the week he got back.
I did not get the quote. I telephoned
Jason. I did not receive a response. I waited another week and e-mailed
Jason. Still no quote and no response.
If he was too busy to do the work perhaps
a referral to a different company would have been the professional thing to do.
But why waste my time and his if he was not interested?
I have since contracted with another company to have both the
ductwork added, cleaned, closed and Aerosole sprayed.
