He's been working with us for probably couple of years trying to figure out how to keep our kitchen from freezing, the mare fact that he's always trying to come up with a solution and figure something out and finally he said lets try this I was thrill with that.
The work was excellent. The price was a little over estimate because when he arrived with
a young lad he was training, he had to leave because he forgot some of his tools. The lad was
left to work in his absence and did not have the experience to proceed in a timely manner.
Very little got done until he returned. Which ran the hours up. But the completed work was
excellent.
I called Freedom Plumbing and Heating to come out and test the valve as soon as possible. They came out that afternoon!
Steve(?) was very professional and took his job seriously. I stood outside and talked with him while he performed the test and we discussed the sprinkler system and the purposes of the RPZ valve. He explained everything in detail and explained why plumbers needed to do the certification.
When fall arrived, Freedom called me to find out if I wanted my sprinkler system shut down for the season. Of course, I said and quot;yesand quot;.
They shut down the sprinkler system on Halloween, and we again stood outside while I handed out candy to the trick-or-treaters. We swapped Halloween stories while the water was blown out of the pipes. Steve again handled the work professionally and efficiently.
