I took the clock to the store and the man at the counter looked at the clock and immediately realized the problem. The clock had been turned off resulting in the clock not cuckooing. My mother is in a nursing home so I'm not sure if she, another resident or a staff member may have turned off the clock. Anyway, he turned the clock on and the bird began cuckooing like crazy. The man at the counter (probably the owner) wouldn't accept any payment. It's a really nice store with lots of beautiful clocks. I will definitely be going back...my mother would like her '60's Bulova wristwatch fixed.

the price was quoted up front, the clock was ready on time, they tested it and had me test when I arrived. they gave me advice on maintaining. overall, happy with service.
