GOOD BUILDING AND PRE-SALE EXPERIENCE. GOOD FEEDBACK FROM OTHERS THAT BUILT WITH THEM BEFORE BUILDING WITH THEM. HOME CLOSED ON TIME. MISSED PUTTING IN A OUTLET SPECIALLY REQUESTED. ALMOST BUILT A WALL WITH REQUESTED DIMENSIONS TOO SHORT. WOULD WATCH THOSE CUSTOM ITEMS CLOSELY JUST IN CASE. ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SUB-CONTRACTOR WAS FOR AUDIO SPEAKERS- NEVER DOCUMENTED OUR REQUESTS, SO IT DIDN''T HAPPEN RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. POST SALE SERVICE COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENT IN FOLLOW UP FOR WARRANTY WORK.
