Jack did a great job. He offered creative solutions for my laundry room challenge. His cost estimate was accurate - and he communicated about the cost of any changes as I made modifications. Jack was great to communicate with while he was on the job. It took a little while to get the estimate - but I will hire Jack again!!

"Thanks [Member Name Removed]! This project was very satisfying to execute. It's too bad that builders don't provide a better solution for laundry areas. To have the environment compounded by the most active entrance into the residence only made it more frustrating for them. They were wise to incorporate the pocket door for the entrance to the kitchen. I've seen many similar situations where this isn't an option so it's nice that it worked in this instance. In my experience the builders don't often give enough thought to the consequences of their decisions. I embrace being able to maximize a space and solve the challenges as best they can. To have a client that embraces the vision and value in the concept and isn't solely guided by money isn't something that I always encounter. It is a characteristic I embrace however. [Member Name Removed] did a great job of design selections (counter material, cabinets and tile for the backsplash and floor) and maximized the money spent on those materials while providing for the dollars to incorporate fundamental features that would provide for better use and comfort. From properly locating the heating supply duct, taller cabinets on the wall for better storage and a new GFCI outlet with USB ports for today's technology. Of course the realignment of the entrance along with the pocket door to help eliminate the bottleneck 2 swinging doors created were the main reasons for the project. She now really has gotten everything out of that space that she could ask for. Jack"

Jack and his crew did an excellent job replacing our damaged front door including sidelights. His suggestion to also replace the small sections of vinyl siding with same color sections of the sidelights makes the front entryway really standout. We will use Jack again for home improvement projects.

Excellent. Jack was personable, professional, and meticulous. He explained carefully and specifically what had happened and what needed to be repaired and how he would do it. I would absolutely hire Jack again for any construction work that needed to be done.

Asked Jack to install door in garage to access dog run on outside of house (side yard). Jack and crew came early, worked all day and finished the job in one day as promised. They took off the siding, removed shelving, closed off an existing dog door, moved an electrical outlet, installed an outside light and put it all back together beautifully. The door is perfect, exactly as I expected. I could not be happier. Jack is a busy guy and well worth the wait. Jack is capable, competent, and a perfectionist in the best way possible. Always polite and pleasant. He has done a ton of stuff around our house. He is great to work with. I have a long list of to-do's and will hire no one else. Looking forward to our next project. Jack and his assistant Jason totally exceeded my expectations. Even though my jobs were small, Jack made me feel like he was happy to help me out. He accomplished everything on my list in a timely manner and with a great attitude. He also responded to my initial inquiry the same day! I would definitely highly recommend Jack.

It went more than well. His attention to details was great .Throughout the entire process he was continually thinking of ways to make it better .He was there every day and worked till the kitchen was complete. He cleaned up the work area every day before leaving. Walls were removed and cabinets were replaced with as little disruption as possible .His saying was -we can do whatever you want- and he did. He made built in benches for a breakfast area and they are amazing. I love them. I will be calling him again. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product.12

First, it is nice to find someone as skilled as Jack however, it is rare to find a person who truly takes pride in their work, which is something he does. The list of items to be handled in our new "old" house was extensive. Mr. Cherco worked eight hour days, three days straight to complete all of them. His craftsmanship was excellent. He laid drop cloths and padding to protect our wood floors. If there was residue he swept and vacuumed after a task was completed. He is pleasant, polite, and intelligent. We would (and will) use him again along with referring him to our friends. My main fear is he will be so busy he won't have time for us. Excellent in all ways.

Jack and his crew have done several jobs for me including installing a new interior door, re-tileing my back porch and several other projects. He has also referred me to a painter, plumber, and electrician who have done work for me as well. I am very happy with all of his work and his referrals have proved to be excellent.

The broken pipes flooded the kitchen and living room of my rental property. ServiceMaster removed the lower kitchen cabinets, appliances and flooring and then completed the drying process. I contacted four contractors and only two provided estimates. Although the two estimates were close in price, I felt Jack Cherco's communication was better.
Jack worked with my insurance adjuster to come to an agreement on the repair costs since their estimates were somewhat far apart. Jack was very familiar with their quoting process and the adjuster eventually agreed to Jack's estimate.
After a month of waiting on the insurance adjuster to assess, negotiate and approve the repairs, Jack moved things along quickly. He coordinated the plumbing, flooring and electrical contractors and did the carpentry and drywall work himself. He also communicated well with my tenants to keep them informed during the entire process.
Several weeks after the repairs were completed, a couple flooring pieces needed to be reattached. I contacted Jack and he had the flooring contractor out promptly.
Overall, I was very happy with Cherco Creative Construction. Jack really helped through a difficult time for me and my tenants.

Jack responded to my request for a quote promptly. His quoted price was the lowest one I received. He was able to schedule the work quickly and his worked was there on schedule and completed the work as scheduled in two visits. The finished product looks excellent. I would definitely call Cherco Creative Construction the next time I need any construction services.

We found the owner and his crew to be very professional and knowledgeable about what had to be done. they showed up on time, put in full days, and kept everything clean no mess was left behind.
If they found something they were not expecting they would show me and tell me in detail what needed to be done and if I had options and the cost involved.
I highly recommend this company because of the quality of their work and their work ethics.
