Hiring CCP was an absolute waste of my time and money. Once I (stupidly) paid in full, CCP left and never came back to finish the job. They wrote on the contract that they would return on Wed or Thurs to install the 2 stainless steel caps, and they also had to apply the CrownCoat. They did not arrive. Then they made repeated promises to return on a Friday, then a Monday, then another day, and they simply never showed up. I had to hire a reputable company to install the 2 stainless steel rain caps and the CrownCoat, and further inspection revealed that CCP simply had not sealed the smoke chamber as they claimed. CCP has refused to pay any refund and has told me that I'll never get any service from them nor any refund. I have since learned that CCP's claim to be CSIA certified is simply false advertising. A call or visit to CSIA's website reveals that CCP is not certified.
