AFTER MONTHS OF FIGHTING WITH CASCO I FINALLY GOT MY FOGGED WINDOW REPLACED. HALF A YEAR AFTER MY LEAKS STARTED THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY THOUGHT IMPROPER INSTALLATION WAS TO BLAME AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY HAD CASCO INDICATED THIS EARLIER SO I COULD HAVE BROUGHT THE ISSUE TO MY DEVELOPER'S ATTENTION. CASCO WAS A COMPANY THAT WAS EVASIVE. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT CONCERNED WITH CONSUMER SATISFACTION. THEY OFTEN A) DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS B) WERE LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS C) TOOK MONTHS TO FINALLY LEVEL WITH ME AS TO WHAT THEY REALLY FELT WAS CAUSING MY LEAKS D) TOOK MONTHS TO FINALLY REPLACE MY FOGGED WINDOW E) HAD THE AUDACITY TO IMPLY AT THE END OF ALL THIS THAT I SHOULD BASICALLY BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THEY HAD DONE BECAUSE IN THE END THEY FELT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO REPLACE MY FOGGED WINDOW. MY LEAKING CASCO WINDOWS STILL ARE NOT FIXED. I WILL NEVER USE A CASCO PRODUCT AGAIN.
