From the meeting to work up a bid, to the last item being unloaded at the destination, they were wonderful. The packers and movers were respectful of our things and always asked us questions if they were not sure about an item. The entire process went as expected from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

I had two different crews, both crews were prompt, professional, and they completed the work quickly. They made sure to clean up after themselves and kept everything very clean. They gave me clear and guaranteed quotes. Both times I've used them were great and I'd use them if I ever needed to move again.

Berna moving and storage Company/Agents provided my family long distance house-hold goods and furniture moving services. (via Red-Ball Moving Co)The services were provided as agreed. We did our own packing and their were helpful with advise as to how to properly pack. |I would us Berna Moving Co again for like services.

The movers were very professional, careful, and quick. I was able to schedule a move within a week of my call, and at my convenience. I will be using this company again for my actual move.

Very easy to schedule on in home estimate. Follow up call afterward to see if I had any questions. After 3 estimates we chose Berna due to professionalism of person who did estimate since all bids were within $150. Day of move they arrived on time, worked steadily, notified us when they were taking a break and returned to work. Three men were personable. Two seemed to be very efficient and the 3rd seemed to be new to the work. One piece of large, hard to move inexpensive desk was damaged and the worker offered to take to their shop for repair. Overall work was fine.

They were very pleasant, nothing got broken, they were very efficient, and they were in and out in half of a day. They made all of the arrangements and everything was perfect. Everything was wonderful. He was the kind of person that you could even leave alone in your house. He was just a nice guy and very professional. They just went the extra mile. He left me the tape thing because I needed to use it later. I was so impressed with their work and they're very accommodating.
