AUTO-PIX LOCK SERVICE INC

I called this company on 12/01/06 to assist two young women in regaining access to their parent's home during the first major snow storm in West Dundee, IL this year. The company representative replied extremely politely and professionally, and immediately dispatched a locksmith despite the absolutely terrible road conditions. His estimated time to get here was less than half an hour, inspite of the 12'' of snow which had just fallen. The charge was to be $70.00 and could be paid via any major credit card, check, or cash. Again, the call was handled in an extremely professional manner! By the time the company's rep was probably half way here, the young women who had been locked out in the extreme cold, fortunately found a key to the inside door on the floor of their garage. I called the company back, they were happy to hear the news, called their rep back from coming here, would not and did not charge the women for a service call, and even thanked me for helping neighbors!
