Gutter Works Plus

After inspecting everything I noticed Miguel took some short cuts. Very dissatisfied with this company. The downspouts don’t match when i told him ivory I left a 5 star review last week but was wrong.

Miguel came out on a Sunday to give estimate. He came to install gutters on Tuesday. He was very prompt, neat and professional. Job took 6 hours. I like that Miguel, the owner, is present and hands on with his small crew. I was worried the leaf screen would work especially with cottonwood that clogs gutters. Miguel said he would come back and check to ensure this didn’t happen. If in the unlikely chance it clogged the screens, he would clean gutters. Since this was just installed I can’t confirm the leaf screen works yet. If it does not, I will come back and add comments. I would hire Miguel again.

The owner of the company came out the same day I called him for an estimate... Price was better than the other two estimates I had received... I agreed to hire him and the following Monday they came out an installed gutters on my garage... They did a great job...

Fantastic!!!  Miguel and his guy were the best.  They performed the work repairing what was needed.  When it was done, the house looked fantastic.  Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Miguel was great, he came the same day to give me a quote and was out a couple days later to do the work.  He did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier.  The pricing was completely reasonable too.  He's professional and showed up when he said he would, which is less than I can say for other local companies I called. This was a wonderful experience which exceeded our expectations!  Miguel Aviles is an expert at his trade, he is customer-focused, cares about the quality of the work he does, and it shows in his approach. I called Gutterworks Plus on Mon 5/5/14 to get a free estimate for gutter repairs for the front and the back of my home.  MIguel came out the same day - within about a half hour of my call.  He is very personable and professional.  He reviewed the gutters, etc. and explained the work that is needed.  His price was very reasonable- he estimated $325.00 to repitch the front and back gutters and to install new downspouts on same gutters.  He took measurements, and said he would be out to do the work in a couple of days and would call first.  That evening he called to let us know he could do the work the next day.  Wow!!! We were delighted, since the weather forecasters are talking about thunderstorms later this week and we really didn't want to have to deal with the gutter issues we've been dealing with the past few years.  Miguel and Rich arrived promptly.  We were impressed with the quality and thoroughness of their work.  It was clear that Miguel is an expert at this.They completely removed the gutters and washed all debris before reinstalling and repitching.  In the past when we had someone work on the gutter, they just nailed it - never removed it...clearly that was the wrong way to repair it and that was why it never corrected the problem. When Miguel and Rich removed the back gutter (which had been "repaired" previously by a different contractor), the whole fascia thing (I don't know what it's called), was hanging.  I'm thankful that it never fell down or into the windows of our home. MIguel explained that this must be repaired so that it's secure.  MIguel showed us that gutter and how twisted it was and full of holes from someone hammering away at it, no wonder we experienced down pours whenever it rained.  He explained the best option is to install a new gutter in the back since the old one was not useable.  He had to depart to get his scallfold and materials.  He only charged us $150.00 more to install the new back gutter. So our total cost was $475.00.  The gutters and downspouts look great. and we are looking forward to the thunderstorms and rain showers because we know we had quality workmanship done by an expert.  Again, I highly recommend Miguel Aviles of Gutter Works Plus!!

I called Gutter Works Plus on 08-19-2013 to request a quote for new gutters.  Miguel wrote up the proposal and personally dropped it off the same day. I didn't make a final decision until September since I was getting a complete tear-off on my roof. When my roofer decided to perform my work a week earlier than planned, I call Miguel to ask how soon he would be able to install the gutters after the roof was completed.  Miguel came out the same day the roofers were at my house to drop off the building permit he had obtained from the village.  He stated he had spoken with the roofers and they would be finishing their job the same day so he planned to be at my house first thing the next morning.  And, true to his word, him and his crew arrived promptly at 8am the next morning.  They worked non-stop installing my seamless gutters and completed their work around 1pm.  They left no debris and the new gutters looked beautiful.  I was so pleased with the fast response and excellent work that I gave Miguel a $100 tip and asked him to treat his crew to lunch on me.  I would highly recommend Miguel and his crew!!

Miguel returned our phone call very promptly. He came out that afternoon to give us an estimate. Once we called him with the OK, he was out the next day to do the work. Very nice and very professional. He even left us with a sample of his gutter guards for consideration on having them installed. We'll most likely call him back in the spring to have the guards installed and would definitely recommend his services.

Called Miguel and he came out the following day to determine what could be done.  After reviewing it, he recommended the creation of a small gutter and downspout.  He was able to provide an quote on the spot.  
After I reviewed my options, I called him back a week later, and he was available the following day to install.  His idea for the gutter was very economical, as the alternative would have been an industrial style solution (which would have cost at least $500 for the parts).  The downspout was created as to clear the patio also.
Additionally, he extended the downspout of all the existing downspouts to clear the house by 3 feet, so as to stop any future issues with water soaking into the foundation.
All the work was done in less than 1 hour.

The experience was fantastic.  I called around noon one day, and Miguel was out to measure and prepare an estimate that day.  The next day he called to ask me a few details on my expectations and what to do in certain areas of the house.  His estimate was extremely competitive, but I had others coming out to estimate so I did not commit at the time. 
When we decided to go with Gutter Works Plus, Miguel came out that day to review what I wanted and explain what he was going to do.  He then came early the next day and completed the work.  I couldn't be more happy about the quality of the work performed.
