That was fine. He came in and did the job and told us that he wasn't interested in doing big jobs anymore for plumbing he just wants to do little bitty things. So he's not a good contact for the future. He was here a week ago. The work he did was good it was just that it was disappointing. The price was okay, good.

"I do not understand how she thinks that she got ripped off. I went to her house after 5:00 as she had requested. repaired the faucet, gave her a free repair part that was under warranty . but it took me about 45 min. and I had to charge her for an additional 1/2 hour labor . John Rykowski"

John first came out to see what we needed done and did some measuring. He gave me an estimate at that time and an approximate date that he could do the work. He called several times to let me know what his status was and when he would be here. He showed up when he said he would with everything he needed to complete the job. He even moved my old electric dryer out of the way and put my new gas dryer in its place for me. He did the job quickly and left the place as clean as he found it. The cost was just a smidge above the estimate but only by $25. It took a little longer than expected due to the age of the house and the wires and pipes and ducts he had to work around.

He fixed it well. I still do not have any more problems with it, so, I feel he did a good job. Will call him if I need that kind of help again if he is still around. (he is an older man).

He gave me an estimate for the job, then I purchased the shower unit online. He installed it to my specifications, which for units like this really do depend on the tub and shower location. We used the previous shower ring supports I had installed 23 years ago, and he did all of the plumbing work, including installing two additional shut-off valves for the tub-shower combination.

He showed up a little later than I expected, but he apologized so there was no problem. He fixed the faucet quickly, and charged very reasonably. I would certainly recommend and use this service again if necessary.

He’s very professional and very knowledgeable. The first time I called him it was an emergency and he came right out. When he came out the second time he did more than what he came for and I don’t think he charged me for it.
