We had major hail damage from a storm that hit the WI area. They came out and inspected our property and discovered we need a new roof, sidling, gutters, for both our house and garage. They were very timely in all their work. Very impressed they worked directly with our insurance company and made this process so easy for us. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My husband and I hired ERS builders to finish our basement. We absolutely love the finished product. Eric was extremely easy to work with and was able to offer advice as needed. This was the first large project we completed on our home, so I appreciated all of Eric s knowledge and expertise. The project moved along so quickly, all the contractors were perfectly coordinated and scheduled. I would recommend ERS builders to anyone needing help completing a project on their home.

The crew was polite, kept busy, and cleaned up fairly well after the work was done. They installed 14 cabinets (6 base, 8 wall) and 2 countertops in about 5-6 hours. They made the tops fit beautifully, and the cabinets are all level and tight. The toe trim is cut perfectly and the joints and corners are all square.

Our porch rebuild was completed on the agreed scheduled timeframe, exactly based on the specs in the quote. Actually, the project turned out better than I ever expected it would! Eric Schnack and his crew are hard-working, respectful people.

ERS builders came hauled away the old deck..before I knew it, the new deck was in place completed..They cleaned up[ after themselves. This company is worth hiring. They stick to a time line and get the job done right. My deck is awesome!

Eric's quote was right on. He was the only contractor that mentioned building permits and code requirements. Unlike others who wanted to be paid in "cash" he was up front on everything. His people were friendly and professional, on time and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the subs he used were professional, friendly and on time. When a problem came up such as a leak in the foundation, he fixed it. If we wanted to modify something he gladly complied with our wishes. We intend to expand our basement remodel in the near future and ERS Builders is definitely doing the job! The finished project is better than anything we could have expected and we highly recommend him and his crew.
