Our home warranty company responded with this provider when I contacted them. The provider did not call within the specified time limit (48 hours), did not respond to messages I left on their answering service, and had to be called several times by the home warranty company. When the provider finally showed up at our home and replaced the cracked collector box on our furnace, there was water leaking from all around the bottom edge of the furnace after he left. I contacted the home warranty company as well as the provider, who never responded until several days later, by which time I had arranged for another provider with the home warranty company, a process which takes alot of time and jumping through alot of hoops. The new provider tightened a few screws that had only been "finger tightened". This cost me $80 which will hopefully be reimbursed by the home warranty company. When I finally got to talk with At Your Service, I listened to several lame excuses. I would never, ever, use them again.
