WOOD WIZZARD

It went well.

Brought in some beat up kitchen cabinet drawers and drawers. the finish was damaged (maybe by heat) or worn on all. Wood Wizzards refinished everything so that it looks like new. It matches the other cabinet doors perfectly. the quality of the finish is fantastic and makes me want to have all the cabinets refinished! The work took 4 weeks - about a week longer than estimated.

Perry came to the house to provide an estimate the same day I called. They picked up the piece shortly after I decided to use their service. They did an absolutely beautiful job on the clock. I couldn't be more pleased. And, everything was done on schedule. I will use Wood Wizzard again and would highly recommend them.

I have an antique cherry wood rocking chair. Perry came to the house to look the chair over and provide an estimate. He discussed re-finishing the chair, but, as we talked, he suggested I not do that as it was not needed in a cost benefit analysis. I found material for the chair and Perry did the work. The chair looks magnificent. He maintained the antique look and the chair looks fantastic. It is a showpiece in our living room.

I have used their services in the past. They were great to work with. The are timely with their work. They were done when they said they would be done.

Perry Tasky came to our home to do the estimate. He emanated wood working experience. He explained the table needed stripping for the tackiness, sanding for the marks remaining, and filling of the chipped areas. He felt confident that he could achieve good results with the following caveats: even though the table top had good veneer, sanding would be limited or the table top would become uneven; since teak is a softer wood the hard satin finish he d apply would protect better than an oil finish, but not make the table damage-proof; and from years in the sun the natural table color had been lightened and refinishing wouldn t change this. Pick-up and drop-off at our home were free. Upon return many of the table s wood grain highlights shone anew and most of the damages had been repaired. We re delighted with the Wizzard s work.

They did a great job. Perry looked the chair over and felt that it did not need additional work. He wanted the chair to keep its antique appearance. The chair came out looking just like I had imagined it would.

I didn't hear from them for weeks (I think that they forgot about it), but when I did get the etagere back, it looked fine. In the past, they repaired a kitchen chair for us (and matched the green finish very well). A few years ago, they refinished and repaired a dining room set for my sister in law. They did a very good quality job, and it looks beautiful.
