I prefer companies in the area, and this company is close. This company has a lot of good reports. He was great. When he came the first time to check it out, it took him about ten seconds to diagnose the problem. He gave me a lot of advice and explained a lot. He was very honest and professional.

This is an update to my first, very positive report for this person. At the time, we hadn't run the heater and of course didn't during the entire summer. I just started to turn on the heat a couple of weeks ago and have been having big problems with the heater cutting out. After a couple of service calls with another company, we finally figured out the problem, and I was told that the wrong type of duct was installed (should have been B-valve), and the manner in which the furnace and water heater join to the chimney lead is incorrect. I specified B-valve, per the inspector's report, in the beginning, but Post convinced my husband that we didn't need it and it was too expensive. However - we DO need it due to the high efficiency furnace. Now I'm going to have to get the work corrected to the way it should have been done in the beginning. I have not been able to reach Post, nor did he return my calls yesterday - I think his VM was full. I have no intention of having him come back and make good since he couldn't do the work right to begin with.

We didn?t use him because he was booked to heavily to accommodate us. He has very good communication and he is a very nice guy. We were getting estimate from all over the map because the wall in question had to be completely rebuilt. If it had been a tuck pointing thing he could have done it but it was a bigger project than that. I went up on the roof with him and he was down-to-earth guy and he was a good listener. He was very good and courteous about explaining things in laymen?s words so I could understand. I?m sorry he couldn?t do the job.

He did a good job and was very likeable. This was a very straightforward job. I would hire him again. I would recommend him without reservation.

William called us the evening before he was scheduled to come and was very flexible with the time. He initially wanted to come in the afternoon, but he accommodated us by coming in the morning. He came out that morning and got his two very knowledgeable and skilled workers started on the job. Though he initially was going to just do the foundation, we asked him to tuckpoint a portion of an inside basement wall too. We also asked him to look at the chimney to see if it needed tuckpointing too. Our chimney cap had blown off in the winter, and he told us he could replace it with a new one and tuckpoint the chimney. He charged us the original price of $600.00. His workers were diligent and dedicated. They talked to us about painting the brick in the basement and cautioned us against using common paint. They told us that they recommended a paint specially designed for brick. We showed him the paint we had bought for the brick and they told us it was the right kind. We were impressed with the professionalism and all of the advice we received.
