They seemed to be pretty good. I thought their price is fair this time. I don't like the fact that they have a minimum because I had used them before and it was originally for blade sharpening; it seems like $70 for a blade sharpening is a lot. The quality was pretty good. I'm glad that they are there and they are providing the service. If I were them, I would either lower the minimum or just get rid of it.

Went in with a broken pull cord on a lawn mower.
You have to enter the shop from the rear, so don"t bother to park on the street.  Go around and enter the alley and follow the alley to the shop.  You can't miss it.  It is where a large number of mowers and snow blowers are parked.
The owner or manager [ not sure which but he was in charge ]  immediate came to meet me and looked at the broken part and explained that the cords usually break when the spring inside the pull start device snaps.  He showed me that that was in fact the case.  He gave me the option of having the part ordered; but suggested that he could simply provide me with a used part with a brand new cord for only $18.00.  The used part was in very good condition and worker perfectly.

It now works more smoothly than when I bought it. I would definitely recommend them!

Dropped it off, explained the issues.  The items were fixed on time and within budget.  Very professional.  They certainly know their business.

They do a good job repairing and seemed to be bagged up always.  They take a lot of time to get it done.  I will continue to use them in the future.

They have been very effective with their repairs. I have used them for several years.

They experience was better than expected. They were about 2 days past when they said it would be ready but finding parts for a machine that old was hard.

Everything went great - the guys said it might take up to 7 days, but they finished the work in 2 days. The price was reasonable, and they helped me load it into my car.

The work done on the lawn mower was very good. I felt the price was high for the service performed. I had to wait nearly a week to have the work completed. Again, I was pleased with the work, just feel the price is too high.
