Mr. Lulkin did a thorough inspection and gave us outstanding information about the property. He was extremely knowledgeable, and pointed out multiple things for consideration. I will definitely use his services again in the future when I encounter similar issues.

SHEFFEE LULKIN WROTE A REPORT OF HIS OPINION OF THE STRUCTURAL SITUATION OF OUR HOUSE. HE IS VERY BLUNT AND DIRECT, BUT I WAS HAPPY ABOUT THAT, I DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO READ BETWEEN THE LINES. HOPEFULLY, I WON'T NEED ANOTHER STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, BUT IF I DO I WOULD HIRE HIM.
