Nice work. Budget and schedule met expectations. No surprises for us. They handled all the issues of working in a 100-year old home by working longer then expected on both days to insure we had functional A/C as expected.

The techs that came out initially identified the issue and checked multiple times to ensure there were no other issues. It was very easy to schedule them to complete the work. It was done on-time and everyone I dealt with at the company was very nice. Even if I was unable to reach someone immediately I would receive a callback very quickly. I would definitely work with them again.

The repair was not inexpensive for our household budget, but it could have been much worse, and it was very reasonable for the required repair. We were able to maintain and extend the life of our boiler rather than purchase a new one. Before we contacted ServiceMax we read their reviews, and the only negative ones we found had to do with non-responsiveness, and that was definitely not our experience. Not only were we contacted within a day of our service request, but also the estimate and repair were scheduled and carried out in a short amount of time, and the company was considerate of our schedule. Subsequently, we needed another inspection of a small issue with the boiler, and the serviceman returned within the same day, free of charge. We definitely recommend this company and would use their services again.

Great! We took advantage of a summer special to replace an old furnace before cold weather arrived. We also had had a water leak problem previously, and discovered, after the new furnace installation, that the leak was related to a hotwater heater vent. Malek came out and immediately figured out the problem, fixing it at low cost within a week. (The cause was a bad chimney cap--unrelated to the Malek project.) So I'd say they're good at diagnosing problems.

I had an appointment for the late afternoon, but the technician called to say he was running ahead of schedule and that he could be there earlier, which was great. He checked that everything was running correctly and diagnosed that the issue was due to the age of the unit (approx. 28 years.) He suggested that it would be best to replace the unit and I was sent a quote for a new HVAC unit within a few days.

Excellent, Mike came to check out the work and provide me a quote, he sent his team, and then followed up personally on the quality of the work.

My a/c is still running and I have asked him to provide me with a quote to replace my furnace. He's a trustworthy and personable guy!

They are good at customer service in all ways (prompt, responsive, polite, professional). The technicians seem knowledgeable and I get the impression they prefer to do things "the right way." The only gripe is that their charges are rather high, but I appreciated the quality enough to go ahead and sign a maintenance agreement with them. On the other hand, I get queasy thinking about what they'd charge to do something beyond maintenance.

The installers came on time, were efficient, and cleaned the area when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them.

They are very easy to work with. They came out and gave me an estimate. There was an issue with my old furnace while I was still waiting to have the new furnace put in. Which I guess would be called a service call. They came out and took care of it so that my old system would work until they got the new system installed.

Mike came out with little notice on a Saturday night to check it out, and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem. We had estimates for repairs within the hour. Very professional, honest, and responsive company, would be my first choice again for any HVAC needs.

It went very well. Came half hour before. Started job immediately. Cleaned up quickly.

The technician was late but called ahead of time so I was aware. He was very friendly and thorough. Advised on possible fixes that I might need down the road, but didn't pressure me into committing to anything. Said he would have the office quote possible work. I received the quote and the office didn't pressure committment either.

Unfortunately we ended up replacing a part that wasn't an issue but it was really old so it probably would of needed to be done in the next couple of years. They came back for the second diagnostic free of charge. Turns out we needed one more wire connected to the Nest for it to work properly. When I called Malek to schedule them to come out to add the wire the technician was able to talk me through how to do it over the phone avoiding another visit.

They spent quite a long time and charged me a very reasonable price for the work that they did.

Wonderful! The service was prompt, thorough, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable They corrected the work of Axxess Heating and Cooling who charged me $200 for a repair and wired it wrong. Highly recommend

I called because our heater stopped working yesterday. I had done some checking and found that when the heater turned on, the igniter started but the burners did not light up. Not a single one. I tested this at least 5 times letting the furnace cycle through several times with the igniter turning off and on. I'm certainly no expert, but I'm technical enough to be certain I was doing it correctly. I called a couple of places and Malek was able to fit me in same day (definitely a bonus, but I would not have downgraded them if they had not been able to fit me in last minute). The person I spoke with, Jose, was very professional and got back to me right away after confirming with the technician. The technician came within the given window and was also very professional. He tested the furnace (I swear he did it the same way) and there were no issues. All burners lit up. Instead of simply calling it a day, he checked everything, and he found an area that was overheating (here's where my knowledge ends, I can't tell you exactly what it was although he did tell me and show me). He made some adjustments and everything seems to be working as it should now. I'll keep an eye on it, but hopefully that will be the end of it until it's time for routine servicing. This was all covered under the Angie's List $39 diagnostic service visit. All in all, I was quite happy with the service, the professionalism, and the promptness. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
