+ -1 moreThe overall result was great. JR was very helpful in getting the permits and making all the paperwork run smoothly and got to work immediately. We had to get out of our apartment and JR made sure we were able to move in. He was very responsive and eager to meet deadlines. JR was very honest about costs when others put off telling us the truth about how far our budget could go.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled from a gutted wood frame to a fully functional house. Completely redid to code plumbing, electric, carpentry, kitchen remodel, HVAC, paint and concrete removal. Gave us options and allowed us to use our own granite installer.
